Capella Market is hiring a Produce Manager. This person will have experience with personnel management, and will have worked in a grocery or natural food store environment. They will be responsible for working with, scheduling, evaluating and motivating the staff of the Produce department. Ultimately the Produce manager will ensure that all Produce employees are trained to achieve an agreed upon set of standards. They will order and assist in receiving orders at times during the week. The Produce manager will learn all operations of the Produce department, and will work sections regularly. While Produce experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
