The Eugene Vegan Chef Challenge is happening at eateries across town throughout the month of February. And Capella Market is one of them. Along with our regular rotating vegetarian options in our Deli, we have two tasty entries available all month long as part of the Chef Challenge. Both feature local and organic tofu from our very own, Surata Tofu.
