1 tablespoon White pepper
1 tablespoon Black pepper
2 tablespoons Smoked parika
2 tablespoons Onion powder
2 tablespoons Garlic powder
4 tablespoons Sucanat
¹⁄₂ cup Paprika
¹⁄₂ cup Brown sugar
²⁄₃ cups Flaked Kosher salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Rub liberally over whatever cut of meat you choose and grill as needed.
